Gramercy Asbestos Consulting Inc. was formed in 1989 with a New York State Asbestos Remediation License. In May of 2000, Vincent Parziale and Frank Amicizia purchased Gramercy Asbestos Consulting and its current New York State Asbestos Remediation License. The name of the company was changed to Gramercy Group Inc..
Mr. Parziale serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Amicizia serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
